Acinstallationlisbon.pt installs and maintains air conditioning in Lisbon, Cascais and Setúbal. Its customers are partly Portuguese and partly expats who have just moved and do not know how things work here.
The challenge
Every installer in Lisbon publishes the same page: we install air conditioning, call us. There is nothing to win there, and an AI assistant has nothing to quote. Anyone who wants air conditioning runs into very different questions first. Am I allowed to do this in my flat? Do I need permission from the owners association? Which brands are good here? Roughly what does it cost?
What we built
- Answers instead of services: guides on permission from the owners association, a template letter for it, the best brands in Portugal and what installation costs.
- Two languages, kept separate: English for expats, Portuguese for the local market, each with its own keywords rather than a translation.
- Facts on the page: service area, price ranges, what a quote does and does not include. Exactly the kind of information an AI assistant can reuse.
- Structured data: LocalBusiness, services and frequently asked questions in machine-readable form.
- One route to an enquiry: a short quote form and WhatsApp, with every enquiry measured.
What it produced
The most visited pages are not the service pages but the guides: the overview of brands in Portugal and the piece on permission from the owners association. Those are the questions people start with, and installation follows from there.
Between 29 June to 27 September 2026 the site had 354 visitors, including 2 enquiries from ChatGPT. That is still a small number, but it is new traffic that did not exist last year, and it costs nothing per click.

What we do not claim
This is one business in one sector in Portugal. It says something about what is possible, not about what your sector will do. That is why a new site always starts with measuring what comes in now, so you can tell afterwards whether it worked.
