Tom is the guy who manages your Google Ads campaigns from his sunny apartment in Portugal — and no, that's not an excuse for laziness. It's strategy. Because a relaxed mind makes better decisions. (That's his theory, and he's sticking to it.)

We know Tom from Lisbon — the paths just crossed there one day. Luckily he's great at surfing search intent and landing it on an optimised page. In the actual Atlantic, things would go a bit less smoothly. At Adsvantage he runs the lead-gen accounts: service businesses, B2B and local players that need qualified enquiries.

After his studies, Tom decided that performance marketing was his calling. Not because he accidentally clicked on an ad, but because he genuinely believes that great advertising is the difference between a growing business and one that accepts stagnation as the new normal.

These days Tom manages Google Ads accounts for ambitious Dutch brands — with a precision that sometimes makes his partner Michael slightly jealous. From Lisbon, or wherever the WiFi is good enough.

• ✈️ Client visits — Tom regularly flies from Portugal to the Netherlands to meet clients in person. Because a face-to-face conversation is worth more than ten Teams calls.
• 📊 Data addict — Tom opens Google Analytics before he has his morning coffee. That says everything.
• 🎯 Google Ads nerd — When Google rolls out an update, Tom is the first to read the release notes. Voluntarily. In his spare time.
